From our delicious fruit cakes to a Victoria sandwich, I have tried and tested our recipies for looks
and flavour, I am happy to discuss your favourite recipies, and accommodate it into your perfect cake.

My fruit and Sponge cakes are freshly baked and can be covered in marzipan, sugarpaste
and sugar flowers.
Fruit Cake I make two different type's of fruit cake, please see the ingredients below:

Luxury Fruit Cake with or without alcohol (Brandy/Rum)
Currants, Sultana's, Raisins, Mixed Peel, Cherries, and a mixture of
nuts . (walnuts, brazil nuts, Almonds).
​
Tropical Fruit Cake with or without alcohol (Brandy/Rum)
With all the ingredients above but with added Pineapple, Mango, Papaya, and Coconut.

We make all of our jam ourselves, some of the fruit is grown in my own garden.

I bake fresh every day. Using only the finest ingredients, free range eggs and organic
products where possible.
My cupcakes and Macarons are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Minimum cupcake and Macarons order is six.
Cupcakes and Macarons are available in a variety of flavours, and can be decorated
for any occasion such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries. I cater to your needs.
